Messages

Users submit messages for public display. Published messages are visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines. Ranking is based on comparable payment amounts; messages may be removed from public view when required by law, moderation or payment status.

Content rules

Illegal content, threats, harassment, hate speech, unlawful disclosure of personal information, spam, fraud and violations of third-party rights are prohibited. Moderation may result in a message being hidden. Any payment refund is assessed separately, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Payments, complaints and appeals

Payment amounts and available methods are presented before checkout. A successful payment is required for publication. Full or partial refunds and payment disputes lead to a message being hidden. Questions about payments, refunds, publication or moderation appeals can be sent to hi@saysomething.cool. We respond within 14 calendar days, or sooner where required by law. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
